I guess I shouldn’t be, but I am surprised Apple has not fixed a very simple problem.
In a 6 season tv series, the Library omits a couple of eps from a season. … All the troubleshooting steps are a fail so far. I thought there was hope when I tried to navigate to The Store to find the eps and expected to see a download button. No such luck. So nothing in my purchased “Library” or even purchase history via Apple TV app (Mac OS) … in fact my purchase history in the App only goes back 3 months. Not the years. and years of movie purchases
Has anybody here figured this out? … other than say, calling Apple?
