I attempted to purchase a Season Pass for a TV show. The first episode downloaded. Subsequent episodes have not downloaded, but appear to still be available for individual purchase. However, iTunes (on my Mac) and the TV app (on my iPhone) both indicate that the Season Pass has been purchased.
So I went to reportaproblem.apple.com.
The problem there is that none of the options fit what I want to report: an apparent problem making the purchase.
Apple offers choices of “I would like to:”
Request a refund
Report a quality issue
Report a scam or fraud
Report offensive, illegal, or abusive content.
What do I want to do here? I guess “report a quality issue” is as close as I get, and maybe I can then explain the problem and they’ll rectify it?
