macOS Tahoe is wicked buggy!

  1. Can’t use shared photo album as screensaver

  2. Music doesn’t remember location and opens in a small window.

  3. Mail doesn’t remember number of items shown.

  4. TV app shows no names

  5. In Music the controls are moved to the bottom, a gratuitous change from decades at the top. What genius thinks this is a good idea?

And this is just in the first day of use. 26.2. I don’t know how they can break all this crap. We are the beta testers. Apple’s software QA is non-existent.

Downgrade

This is why I avoid the new released versions. Even older last year’s macOS versions still have bugs and some are five years old. Apple doesn’t care. :(

Really? actually I have heard a lot about new update that it’s very buggy, so I haven’t updated it yet.

Yep! No major issues (or minor ones for that matter). Did a straight update over an existing system without any problems. I’m not doubting other people had issues, just reporting mine.

For me, Mail crashes a handful of times every day through all versions of Tahoe. When dragging windows from one monitor to the one with the Dock, they do not respect the Dock and just swim below. Many UI issues like that, it seems. I think we all hope it gets better

Wallpaper still not showing Photos as an option. Restart occasionally causes it to appear but then it disappears. Photos do show on Screensaver.
