I check MacInTouch daily on different computers and iPhone and no issues. It’s possible that the site is being updated when someone is trying to access it or there is an internet issue wherever it comes from as I have run into temporary issues like that from time to time on other sites.

Because changing it to “Trackers only” affects everything viewed in Safari, I prefer to use View >> Reload and Show IP Address.
An equivalent is to Control-click the Reload button in the address bar and then click “Reload And Show IP Address”.
It would be helpful if Apple added this to the per-website settings (Safari >> Settings for…).

After a week of multiple daily attempts and changing nothing, the Macintouch site now loads fine today in all my browsers, not just my preferred. I’m glad to be reading it again.
