Is there any way to get Big Sur’s Spotlight to stop suggesting web search? It’s getting in the way of my searches. In Spotlight’s sys prefs the one thing I cannot see an option for, is web search.
Try turning off “Siri Suggestions” in the Spotlight pane of System Preferences.
Already did that. Didn’t remove web search from Spotlight.
Oh! I didn’t understand the question. You want to remove the “Search the web” item from the Related Search menu, not the results that come from the web (aka Siri Suggestions).
