I was looking at the eqMac Pro version, which seems to be the only EQ app that has parametric equalization, i.e. more than your typical 10 band built in equalizer does.
I know some of you like Boom 3D, but it doesn’t allow parametric EQ’ing. I already have SoundSource, which is a great app, but same limitation.
I’ve tried eqMac and it’s subscription based and not a very mature product, pretty barebones. Since you already have Soundsource why not use it’s ability to use Apple’s Audio Units? One of these, AUNBandEQ lets you add up to 16 PEQ filters, and you can cascade more than one. The only downside is Q has to be entered as octave width, but for example REW will generate filters in the correct format.
