What ad blocker do you prefer?

Would you please share your thoughts on which ad blocker to use?

I wrote about this several years ago, when I was using AdBlock Plus.

I just updated to 93 today. Everything seems OK for me (but all I’ve visited with it so far is TidBITS). I’m also running AdBlock Plus. I’ve got the following filters installed and up to date. (Most are linked from the Adblock Plus subscription page): ABP filters (tries to block anti-circumvension scripts from web pages) Adblock Warning Removal List (tries to block sites from warning about ad blocking) CPBL Filters (removes ads, trackers, telemetry, malware and scams) EasyList (the main ad…

Today, I’m using uBlock Origin on Firefox, using mostly the same filter lists:

• All 5 in the Built-in / uBlock filters category
• EasyList
• EasyPrivacy
• Online Malicious URL Blocklist
• Peter Lowe’s Ad and tracking server list
• Plus these four not provided with uBlock (which I’ve added as custom filters:
