I need to write down comments about a domain “myday.health”. Yes, this is a valid domain name.
When I copy the domain name from elsewhere and paste it into NOTES, I get mydayxhealth, the dot is being replaced by an ‘x’.
When I copy the domain with its autogenerated ‘x’ from my NOTES app and paste it in this forum, I get “myday.health”
If I type it in myself on a new line in NOTES, I get the correct myday.health.
When I copy what I just typed and paste/replace the wrong mydayxhealth, the typed and copied dot mysteriously is changed into a ‘x’.
If I try this with an invented, non-existing domain haveaday.health, the same dot replacement by an ‘x’ occurs.
Anybody got connections to a suitably qualified dejinxer who’s available this week?
