So my Safari is now showing the favicon for Google Maps instead of TidBITS whenever logged into TBT. It’s showing that way not just for TBT tabs, but also for the bookmark (not for TidBITS main site though).
When it first happened, I was able to fix it just by relaunching Safari. But that only worked once. Now TBT is permanently showing as Google Maps. Anybody else experience anything similar?
[I admit I was already a bit miffed at Safari because ever since roughly 15.2 (presumably when server-side work took place to get Tahoe beta out of the gate) iCloud tab syncing has been completely 100% broken, but now favicon display too? C’mon, this stuff can’t really be that hard.]
