I have a spam/attachment in my Messages app for which I swiped/report from my iPhone, I have
manually synced Messages in iPhone settings, Mac OS System Settings, AND Mac OS Messages App Settings
The illicit text message still resides in my Mac OS (Sequoia) Messages App
It appears that I can Cntrl-click-Delete the offending text message without opening the text, however
this does not comport with any understanding I have about the Syncing function for Apple’s iCloud.
Is there a Fourth setting I need to “Sync” so things actually “Sync”

Well, I guess maybe this is the answer: Simply keep manually syncing each device over and over until the desired result appears.
Still doesn’t seem right, though
