I don’t use Outlook, but for my usage (Word & Excel), I haven’t noticed any difference. I would like to add that I believe the 365 subscription is great value, though - means all my machines are covered, plus my Wife has Her own separate account with the 1TB One Drive for her PC & Laptop all off of the one subscription fee. So that is under 1€ per week for each of us - very good, I would say!
I agree, I also think it’s a good value, and even if there aren’t feature upgrades every month, we’re still getting regular security fixes.
