I’m on Mac OS 14.7, Safari 18.0. Since installing the 14.7/Safari 18 update, I’ve noticed that ad videos jump to full screen playback if I accidentally hover the mouse over them.
Has anyone else noticed this? More importantly, how do I PREVENT THIS bleep ?
Sounds like scripts being run by the web sites presenting the ads.
My suggestion is to use some combination of script-blocking and ad-blocking extensions.
Yes, same here since the macOS 14.7/Safari 18 update. Didn’t happen on the same pages/sites before the update.
