Hotspot — iPhone 8 upgraded (by mistake) to iOs 13, latest version. Now our other devices on iOs 12 cannot find the hotspot . No VPNs. Have restarted all devices, still no visible hotspot. Have reset network settings on iPhone, still no joy. Suggestions? Is the iOS 13 hotspot not backward compatible?
