St. Clair Software has released Default Folder X 6.2.3, adding open Finder windows to Quick Search results. The Open/Save dialog utility works around a bug in macOS 26.1 Tahoe that prevented the path menu in Open and Save dialogs from updating, adds icons to many menu items when running in Tahoe, eliminates delays in Open and Save dialogs when switching between folders, adjusts the Open With menu to offer only apps located in the Applications folders (can be changed in Additional Settings), ensures tracking of recent files works correctly in Java apps, re-enables the capability to set a minimum size for Open dialogs, and fixes debug logging so it works correctly in Tahoe.
