I have a HomePod Mini. It’s used EXCLUSIVELY for AirPlay music streaming. Siri, etc, is turned off. Despite that, I see a lot of unexpected traffic on that device. And it seems it often ignores other settings. “When I leave Home, Pause Media” is turned OFF, but this often doesn’t start playing when I start the Music.app stream. Sometimes ‘current track’ notification shows up on my phone, sometimes not.
