Busy Apps has released BusyCal 2026.3.2 and BusyContacts 2026.3.2, both now supporting macOS 27 Golden Gate. BusyCal also gets new Siri AI and Shortcuts improvements and additions, adds support for Google Calendar’s expanded palette and custom event colors, updates the Find & Replace window to support regular expressions, enables you to add guests to Google meetings you’ve been invited to, adds an advanced setting for choosing which app opens when you click a phone number, improves calendar imports to better handle invalid .ics files, enhances MCP support for assigning priorities to tasks, improves syncing events on shared Google calendars, fixes a bug that prevented Google Tasks from moving to their new list destination in BusyCal when moved in Google, fixes meeting invitations on Microsoft 365 and Outlook accounts not appearing in the Inbox, and rectifies times entered in 24-hour format (such as 0600 or 0950) being changed to PM in the time picker.
BusyContacts ensures Message and Email in the card’s actions menu now list all of a contact’s numbers and addresses, adds a new two-step delete process in the Info panel (adding a checkmark for verification), makes Messages and FaceTime available for every phone number (not just those labeled mobile or iPhone), improves keyboard navigation of the edit screen, enhances compatibility with Microsoft Graph servers and SOGo CardDAV servers, improves Office 365 syncing to include every contact group from the server, and ensures tag colors update in the card as soon as you change them. Both BusyCal and BusyContacts get an updated Settings screen with built-in search and now require macOS 13.5 Ventura or later.
