Apple TV awake but why?

Sometimes my Apple TV 4K spontaneously wakes, even though the TV is off.

I’m wondering if it restarted. How can you tell when it last applied an update, and when it last restarted?

Is it a Home Hub - it might be waking for Homelkit activity?

No home hub/homekit. And this only happens about once a month.

Are you in the room when this happens, or do you come into the room to find it on? Strange things happen here when the cat walks across the table with the remote.

Ha. I walk into the room to find it on, but I only have a cardboard cat.

That does make me wonder though – maybe it is reacting to a Bluetooth pairing request. Or AirPlay. Or iTunes (Music.app) sharing.
