Not available to Australian subscribers, unfortunately 
Because the Apple announcement is vague on certain points, here’s some extra information that may help other TidBITS readers.
I got a complimentary 1 year Apple TV+ subscription when Apple replaced my swollen battery iPhone last Fall, and I currently subscribe to CBS All Access. Turns out, this combination made me eligible to add the Showtime channel to CBS All Access at no extra charge. Just had to accept the Free Trial offer on the Showtime channel in the TV app to do it.

This is pretty good, we subscribe to CBS All Access ad-free when certain series are running then we come off. Looking forward to more bundles…
