Alternatives to OneWorld 65 Travel Adaptor?

I have the OneWorld 65W charger and travel adaptor (which Adam reviewed back in 2022) and love it and wanted to get one for my wife but looks like the company has gone out of business. A real shame as in addition to the 65W USB PD charger and 4 USB charging ports (2 USB A + 2 USB C) it worked in most of the countries I visit.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a GaN travel adaptor plus charger that is worth looking at? Weight is an important factor and anything around 200g preferred.

EDIT: have come across the MOMAX 1-World² 5-Port Mini Universal Travel GaN Charger 70W with Dual AC on Amazon which seems similar to the OneWorld 65W charger but a tad heavier at 200g (vs 180g).

I don’t have much recommendations, but for travel adapters in general, I’ve always liked the Skross brand. They have one 65W travel charger:

It only has two ports, so it may not meet your requirements, but it may be worth considering.

I have an old Skross USB charger and well - built but not enough USB ports. The MOMAX seems to be the closest to what I am looking for.

I usually just bring my standard US Anker charger with specific adapters that allow US plugs, and they usually add a few USB ports. For EU I use this:

For UK/Ireland, I use this:

@Antony
FYI, if you haven’t already seen (I’ve used the recommendation for plugs from this review because I keep going to places not covered by the “standard” set of prongs, including in the annoyingly-discontinued Apple World Travel Adapter Kit):

I have a 100-watt in from Tessan (Not currently available at Amazon). However, their similar 65-watt version is available there:

Likewise. All my chargers are universal voltage. When I travel overseas, I use a power strip with a European plug and universal receptacles. Something like this one:

I plug it in to the local outlet (using my Skross plug adapter, if necessary) and plug all of my normal chargers into the strip.

I’ve also had this compact multi-plug set for a couple of decades. It works well for most destinations, as well as for when the North American-prong opening on an airplane outlet is too loose to hold a charger securely on domestic flights (EU prongs just about always fit tightly on planes that mostly stay in the US and Canada).

The big problem with this adapter (a problem shared with far too many adapters) is that, with the exception of the UK adapter, it does not connect the safety-ground line.

This doesn’t matter if your device doesn’t have a ground pin, but it would make me nervous to use one of these with a grounded power cord.

Have you seen any North American non-desktop Apple power adapters with a three prong plug? The long cable (that used to be?) included with MacBook adapters is three prong but I don’t think any Apple adapters are grounded these days in their “compact” configuration.

ETA: looks like the Mac Mini doesn’t have a three prong plug.

You’re right that most consumer devices don’t use grounded power cords these days.

But the cords for my Mac and Windows laptops are all grounded, and I travel with them.

I have never trusted Apple’s wimpy flip-out prongs to hold the weight of a laptop power adapter, so even though Apple no longer includes these cords, I have kept them from older laptops and I connect them to my power bricks.

Have a look at:

Maybe useful…

I have an Anker 4 port but it needs an adapter for non US plugs. 1 A and 3 C USB ports but one of those is lower power…but 120 watts or so total. I also have a Minix that Hudson Henry recommends…same 4 ports but all C are high power and it is 140 watts total IIRC. It comes with a snap on adapter for EU and a second adapter as well…UK I think.

For years now I’ve used a small square Anker 63w charger (2 x USB A, 2 x USB-C) when travelling.

It’s small and flat - great for packing, but the best bit is it uses a generic figure-of-8 (technically C7) power cable. These are easily available for different sockets worldwide, and a 2 metre (or even 5 metre) cable is quite small and means you can always have your charger where you want it in the room.

I have found Satechi travel adapters useful, for example:
