Windows' iTunes' File Sharing vs. iPhone's iOS's Files app

I made a new folder and added a few files inside iPhone’s iOS v26.2.1’s Files app. I don’t see this in my updated, 64-bit Windows 10’s iTunes v12.13.9’s File Sharing. I don’t even see Files app in it. Am I missing something?

I haven’t really used iTunes File Sharing, but I think that Apple recommends using the Apple Devices app for file sharing between Windows computers and iDevices.

That’s similiar to iTunes’ File Share. I am avoiding Apple Devices app since people say it is awful. I am OK with old iTunes setup since it works fine. It still gets updates too! I will switch to Apple Devices app when forced like no more updates for iTunes.
