I am new to ChronoSync but I just posted an idea in response to Adam’s article discussing ransomware. It seems to me that my old MacMini with ChronoSync could back up my main Mac with ChronoAgent and any ransomware on my main Mac wouldn’t be able to get to my MacMini.
