Did the format of a Safari webarchive file change between Sierra and Mojave?
I have saved a page in that format in Safari under Mojave. It works just fine on that machine, but Safari under Sierra can’t open it: it goes into a loop showing a black screen and “this webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred”.
Both systems have all updates installed.
