TwelveSouth’s AirFly Helps You Use AirPods Everywhere

If you can’t separate yourself from your Apple AirPods, TwelveSouth’s AirFly helps you use them with any device with a standard 3.5 mm headphone jack.

In this article, you reference the “less expensive (and seemingly more capable) competitors like this [2-in-1 transmitter and receiver from TaoTronics”

So why wouldn’t I get that item instead of the AirFly?

I think it’s definitely worth taking a look at. If you get the TaoTronics one, let us know how well it works! I hadn’t heard of them until I started writing this review, so I can’t comment on how well it works.

Would anyone know if these devices would also let me use my Bose QC35 II’s on an airplane?
TIA

It should work. It’s just standard Bluetooth.

TwelveSouth has now released AirFly Pro, which lets you connect two sets of headphones, has longer battery life, and works with the AUX-IN jack in cars. Otherwise, pretty much the same.
