TextExpander released TextExpander 8.4.7 with clearer Secure Input status and a couple of new features for the text expansion utility. The update improves the menu bar icon to show a prominent red slash when macOS Secure Input pauses expansion, provides more accurate notifications to identify the source of the pause, adds the capability to wrap content in a conditional section with named branches that display options in in dropdown menus, adds spell check and grammar suggestions in the snippet editor, addresses a crash when using Print All Groups with groups containing rich text snippets, fixes date and time macros not inserting into single-line and multi-line fill-in fields, and resolves the Dock icon reappearing (and refusing to hide again) after opening TextExpander via Spotlight, Alfred, or the Finder.
