For numerous reasons I am still running Mojave. In the last few weeks I have found that DOCX attachments in my sent emails are not always readable - it seems that the recipient email app is stuck trying to download the attachment. Sometimes they are readable, sometimes not:

Readable (re-sent the next day!)
