Podcast Transcripts Not Generating

I create a weekly podcast by uploading an mp3 to Podomatic and connecting to the Apple Podcasts catalog. It shows up and plays fine in Apple Podcasts but no automatic transcript is generated and I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.

All the settings seem correct in both Podomatic and Podcasts Connect, so I must be missing the magic sauce. Can any of you direct me to someone who might be able to help? Podomatic support told me to talk with Apple but there’s no phone or email I can find that will help me troubleshoot.

Thanks, Adam. I’ve “reported a concern” about transcripts not being generated so we’ll see. I appreciate your help!
