That appears to be an application error. Restart the computer. If that doesn’t work then reinstall the app. The issue has nothing to do with the status of your subscription.
Well, this gets stranger… 1Password (7, should have mentioned that) works OK on another computer I have. And the menu bar mini app works OK. Guess I’ll have to talk to the vendor to figure out what’s going on.
Well, I’m feeling pretty vindicated this morning.

After griping in another topic here about 1Password after Agilebits refused to update v 1.6 to let it keep working in Chrome, I tested Enpass. It imported my 1Password data easily. The only problem I had was setting up wi-fi sync to get the macOS data into their iOS app. I let Enpass Support know. They were able to reproduce the issue on their end and plan to issue a fix in their forthcoming v 6.8.x update. I also asked if they would enable file sharing via iTunes over USB (my preferred transfer/sync method), and they may incorporate this too. So I bought a Lifetime Premium License. Can keep my data local, and no subscription fees. Enpass works very well for me, and their tech support is stellar.
