Missing user account profile images after booting up MBP

After I booting up MacBook Pro (MBP) to its login screen, I noticed
user account profile images are missing. They show the generic
circle image (see the “Guest User” image in

as an example). Only the original administrator level macOS user
account shows an image. After I log in and log out, then I see them.

Detailed setup: 13(.3)" 2020; A2251 model; MWP62LL/A; Intel Core i7 (2.3
GHz; quad-core 10th gen. i7 CPU; 8 MB; L3 cache (Turbo Boost up to 4.1
GHz)), 32 GB of 3733MHz LPDDR4X RAM, 2 TB PCIe-based SSD (FileVault
enabled), Intel Iris Plus graphic, macOS Ventura v13.6.4, etc. from
12/29/2020. Using Apple’s USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter with ASUS
VA27DQSB 27" 1080P monitor(HDMI) & an old USB-A (with Apple’s USB-C to
USB Adapter) mouse.

It started happening after updating macOS Ventura v13.6.3 to v13.6.4
about a hour ago. :( Is anyone else noticing this minor comestic
issue too? Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)

Have any of the other accounts logged in on that device? I assume it may update the image when they do. Or I may be wrong.

Ray: Yes. All macOS accounts seem fine too.
