A bit off topic… but I really enjoyed seeing the reference to Internet Starter Kit for Macintosh. It reminded me how great and popular that book was.
I worked at a computer shop over 20 years ago, where we sold ISP subscriptions with a decent markup. But very few people were interested in buying those. I had an idea for a value-add - what if we include a copy of Internet Starter Kit for Macintosh with each ISP subscription … it was a huge hit! Virtually every new computer purchaser also bought the book with ISP subscription.
