Costco is now selling MacBook, MacBook Pro and MacBook Air at discounted prices. They only seem to be available at Costco.com and not in warehouses.
These are pretty good deals as far as Apple goes, and the companies have had a love-hate relationship for years. If I remember correctly, Apple did pull everything out of Costco for a year or so a few years ago. Maybe this influenced the discounting:

There is a note that says the following:
Members Only: Warehouse pick up is available for this item and standard delivery time will apply. Please note, only the bill-to credit card addressee may pickup the product. Valid state or government-issued photo ID is required at the time of pick up.
So that would indicate that they might also be available for purchase at warehouses.
