when checking the info popup in the osx (aka mac-os) photos app, the location map is always zoomed out to continental scale. i zoom in. but every time the app is restarted, it’s back to the continental view. this is on my new macbook pro (m1max) running photos (7.0) on monterey 12.1. i’m fairly certain that this didn’t occur on my ancient imac (which couldn’t be updated to monterey).
does anyone know how to convince the info popup to remember the selected zoom level?
