Items Not Appearing in Apple Wallet

iPhone SE 3, iOS 18.7.2, no iCloud.

Today I purchased two tickets to a summer concert. The confirmation email provides links to both printable and digital versions. I have already printed the tickets.

I have not been able to load the tickets into Apple Wallet. On each of the digital tickets in the email is a small icon at the bottom “Add to Apple Wallet” which I select. The next screen gives me a choice to add one or all tickets. I select Add All… Then I get a screen showing the e-tickets and an option/confirmation to “Add All” to the wallet.

But when I go to the Wallet, the tickets are not there. There is only one other item there – a seasons pass to a local site that I added a few months ago.

Is it hiding somewhere?

If the developer didn’t see a unique ID they might be hiding behind other items. For example, I have two unrelated museum passes that cluster together because of this reason.

Aha! That was it. Hiding in plain sight. Double-tapping the frontmost ticket allowed the other tickets to slide up. I had tried swiping, scrolling, swearing…
