I’ve set up my iPhone’s Safari to bring up new tabs displaying bookmarks followed by frequently visited sites. A while back I noticed that the favicon of one of my frequent sites appeared to have gone bad and no page reloading got the iPhone to display the corrected icon. So I just deleted it from the list of frequently visited sites thinking that eventually it would come back and then hopefully with the updated icon. Only that never happened. It appears no matter how often I visit that site it has been banned indefinitely from my frequently visited sites list.
Any ideas if that can somehow be reversed? I haven’t been able to find any such preference.
