People might find this interesting, an app called Hook which aims to provide links between files, a kind of meta-access across the system and with cooperative apps, which seem to be many.
Don McAllister did a free video on it, easier shown than explained.
Always odd to integrate tools such as this when workflows are honed to an extent but I can see uses here, the hook links can be copied as markdown, and being able to quickly gather a set of resources and copy links to them and position that in a set of notes. Hmmmm.
