There is quite some traffic from my MacBook to this URL. What is it all about?

Googling results say that iCloud is using gcs*.content-storage-upload-googleapis.com to augment (or replace?) Apple and/or AWS cloud storage.
Do you use iCloud Photos? iCloud Disk? Or anything else where there’d be heavy uploads to iCloud? Or, it could be some other application that’s uploading to a Google cloud.
That’s not the only use of that domain, nor the only use of content-storage-upload.googleapis.com. But on my machine, I only see 30.9 MB down, 6.96 MB up.

I was under the impression that AWS provided the space for iCloud (which I use). Have they switched to Google?
