I have a grandfathered-in personal G Suite account in my private domain. Way back when, Google Photos was unlimited free storage.
Then they changed that and I added 100 GB of extra storage.
Then they ended the free G Suite accounts and I could not even pay to add more storage.
Then they decided to relent and let personal users (like families) continue using their G Suite accounts. But I still couldn’t pay to add more storage.
Then they decided, apparently, to let us pay to add more storage.
Then they stopped charging us for previously added extra storage.
Now in Google Photos it is saying, “Unlimited Google Photos storage.”
Is that true? What’s the deal here?
Thanks.
