Since the recent upgrade to macOS 14, I have been having a problem with Finder windows always staying in front. I am using Spaces, but not Stage Manager. I will open Safari or other program and the screen will open behind the Finder windows and clicking on the header of the window will not bring it forward. Other times things seem to work normally. Had anyone else heard of this? I don’t know what the variable is yet, but maybe a setting was toggled in the update.
