I use Pi-Hole running on a raspberry pi, for whole network AD blocking.
So no Browser Ad Blockers needed.
I run Safari almost straight, with Instapaper, 1 Password, and I am trying out Night Eye.
If you are into dark mode night eye is pretty good,
Oh, and of course I run everything through a VPN.
