Yes, I had this problem on my iPad. However, my iPhone did not suffer the same.

After a couple days, the update history on my iPad began accumulating again.

Apple support was aware of the problem.

Same here on an iPhone 15 running the latest iOS. My list hasn’t repopulated since.

I just had my iPhone 15’s list deleted again yesterday.

Same in 11 Pro Max. Argh.
