Cookie Auto Delete for Mac OS Safari

My lovely bride uses Safari on her laptop running Sequoia. I use Firefox on my Studio (also running Sequoia) and have installed the “Cookie AutoDelete” extension which can be configured in many ways, one of which is to delete all cookies from a website a few seconds after you close the page or tab of that website.

Unfortunately, “Cookie AutoDelete” is not available for Safari.

Is there any Safari extension or app that works with Safari that will provide this same feature?

Cookie from SweetPProductions can remove cookies on a schedule or when closing the app. I have been using it for years. It works with many browsers.

A useful tip - thank you. Although the app works with all browsers the website indicates that the Cookie Helper extension only works with Firefox and Chrome. Does that limit its usefulness with Safari?

Also, is there an iOS app that works in a similar way?

The app runs in the background and in the menu bar so I can quickly see what cookies are present – and then flush the ones that I don’t want.

I am not aware of any iOS apps that can clear cookies selectively.

I, too, use Cookie. Great piece of software. Works fine with Safari.
