Sorry to see that Mapdiva has folded up, but it’s nice that they have released free Big Sur and M1 native versions of their apps. Artboard has long been a go-to for me when creating quick graphics, and while I never used the map-making Ortelius it does look quite nice. https://www.mapdiva.com
