Just turn on Mirroring in your Pad Control Panel. Problem Solved! Note: This assumes your TV supports AirPlay and you can stream audio tracks, indicating it is properly setup. Likely works for iPhones as well. Found this solution on the Web and it works. It also allows display of other videos such as YouTube and webpages using browsers other than Safari.
