Anyone have experience with Mailbird?

I’ve been looking for a new mail client for the Mac, as Postbox is very long in the tooth. A friend discovered Mailbird, but I’ve never heard of it. Anyone have any experience or familiarity with it?

I fiddled with alternates in the early Mac years, but having had bad experiences in transferring to others, just stuck with unenhanced Mac Mail for decades, although last week I set up SpamSieve.

I have not used Mailbird, but Postbox was purchased by the company that makes the mail app emClient and that app has a feature that imports accounts and data from Postbox. It’s a subscription or a purchased app, and has a 30 day trial. Unfortunately for you, there was a period of time after the sale of the company when there was a large discount for Postbox licenses, but I think that expired a year ago.

Thanks @TBTdn. I’m looking at MailMaven. I just need enough free time to try it. @ddmiller I downloaded emClient for a trial. They have extensive on-line documentation, but it didn’t match what I was seeing in the app, specifically menus weren’t the same. Then I noticed that I had version 10.3 (I think) and the documentation was for 10.0. Their leisurely reply to my query indicated they had no immediate plans to update the documentation. I think incorrect documentation is worse than none at all (like Mailbird), so I’ll pass on emClient.
