Any Users of Objective-See Netiquette 2.2.0?

I have version 2.1.1 installed on MacOS 10.13.6. I saw that version 2.2.0 was out and the minimum MacOS version was 10.10+ so I downloaded it but when I tried to install it, it was marked as unusable on my MacOS install. I’d like to know what the TRUE minimum MacOS version is required. I can’t find any way to contact Objective-See.

I downloaded the app (v2.2.0) and looked at the Info.plist file. It indicates the minimum version is 10.15.

<key>LSMinimumSystemVersion</key>
	<string>10.15</string>

The previous version (2.1.1) has a minimum of macOS 10.10

<key>LSMinimumSystemVersion</key>
	<string>10.10</string>

This, of course, assumes that I understand how Info.plist files work.
