Affinity Software offers six month free trial

I am not a heavy Affinity user but I am very happy with their software. Recently someone gave us raw files and Affinity “processed” them perfectly when nothing else I had did the job.

I received an email today:
“Six-month free trial of Affinity”

Per the email:
“There’s no subscription requirement, no obligation to buy at a later date, and triallers don’t even need to enter their card details to sign up.”

They did this during the pandemic and a good deal of my students took it. up and have stayed with them. I wonder if the long duration results in a certain dependence or familiarity and they have seen uptake in purchases as a result.
