What’s this new “A” in the bottom right corner of my keyboard’s space bar in iPhone 12 mini’s iOS v26.2?

I never had that before upgrading to v26(.2) from v18.7.2.

Hello,

the letter stands for the keyboard language/country layout. Maybe it shows only when more than one layout are available (which you can change by pressing the “globe” in the left corner).

I use the German layout, so I see DE; and the Icelandic one, so I see there IS.

A stands for Australia?

I only have US English, Greek, and emojis in my keyboard. :/

This appears when you more than one keyboard turned on.
