Hi, I am a long time Mac user and have been reading TidBITS since it was in setext and I was using a Mac SE and Hypercard was the hot thing. I did Mac IT and the InfoSec for a long time, and you may know me from the Macworld cúm MacIT conferences, or possibly from the MacTech conferences. I was even co-author (thanks Charles!) of a book about Mac Enterprise Security, and I really ought to improve the OpenBSM system in the ways I know that it needs… Nowadays I do information assurance on Windows and RHEL in the military-industrial complex, but outside of work I still use a lot of Apple systems. I have lost count of how many Macs I have used since that SE, but I think it’s around 12 (not counting the handhelds).
