Former Apple Engineer (1979-1993). During my time at Apple, I held 12 different positions ranging from production engineer (2 years) and various support positions ending as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Today, I have retired in a Sun City development in Lincoln, CA, where we have one of the largest (if not the largest) Apple User Group. I now support our members (over 1200!) with all their Apple products.
