I had to do a manual update because from inside the app I got
Other than that v5.13.0 (13815) works fine.

FWIW, Zoom’s Check for Updates installation worked fine here.
I experienced the exact same thing, except my error code was 10002.
Per their instructions, downloaded the Apple Silicon Zoom installer from their website and installed on top of my existing Zoom from that. No more problems.
We’ll see how the next update from within the app goes.
