YouTube app slower in ATV 4K?

Is it me or is YouTube app slower in ATV 4K (A1842 & MQD22LL/A – 1st gen. & tvOS v26.2)? Swiping to see what videos to see is slower. ATV’s tvOS and other apps are faster and smoother. :/

Not just you. The latest update of the YouTube app on my 1st gen Apple TV 4K is terrible. Swiping direction rarely is the same twice, larger previews are a lousy choice, and the interface is slow to respond.

Same here, though I hadn’t ever used YT on the TV until a few days ago. Much, much faster on my Mid-2011 iMac with MacOS 10.13.6 and Brave 1.57.64

Thank you both for confirming! I thought there was something wrong with the old ATV, its RC, tvOS v26, etc.
